How do guests pay?
At the marina. There is no online payment for charters yet.
What happens with the waitlist?
Guests leave their details for booked dates; you see the list and contact them.
Can I price half days, cabins or seasons?
Not yet: prices are per day or per hour, plus crew fees.
Does it issue receipts?
Charters don't create myDATA receipts automatically yet.
Can the AI answer my phone?
Yes. It answers callers in their language from your business details and takes a message for you to call back. It does not take bookings by phone for this type of business yet. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Bookings and orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only bookings a partner sends you through the marketplace pay the commission you set (10% by default), shared between the partner and the platform.
