How do guests pay?
On the day. There is no online payment for tours yet.
What happens when a booking is cancelled?
Staff cancel it and the seats go back on sale.
Can I price private groups?
Not yet.
Does it issue receipts?
Tour bookings don't create myDATA receipts automatically yet.
Can the AI answer my phone?
Yes. It answers callers in their language from your business details and takes a message for you to call back. It does not take bookings by phone for this type of business yet. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Bookings and orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only bookings a partner sends you through the marketplace pay the commission you set (10% by default), shared between the partner and the platform.
