These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkandBook platform, apps and services (the "Service") operated by LinkandBook ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LinkandBook is an all-in-one, AI-assisted platform that lets businesses manage bookings, payments, access control, inventory, invoicing and customer relationships, with 0% booking commission. Available features depend on your subscription plan and business type.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, be legally able to enter into a contract, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by breaking the law, infringing the rights of others, uploading unlawful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Your business and your customers

When you use LinkandBook to serve your own customers, you remain responsible for collecting and using their data lawfully. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Applicable fees, taxes and any usage-based charges are shown at checkout and are handled by third-party payment processors. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Third-party and regulatory integrations

The Service integrates with third parties (such as payment providers) and, where applicable, with tax and fiscal authorities and electronic-invoicing providers for compliance. Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms and to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and content are owned by LinkandBook or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. You keep ownership of the content and data you upload.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkandBook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or where required by law.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
