How do customers pay?
Online when they book, or cash to the driver.
Can the AI take bookings by phone?
On the phone it answers questions and takes a message for a call-back. The chat on your website can fill in a booking with the customer.
Does the driver app work offline?
No, it needs a connection.
Can I track vehicles by GPS?
Yes, through the driver app's GPS, or your own trackers through a Traccar server.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Bookings and orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only bookings a partner sends you through the marketplace pay the commission you set (10% by default), shared between the partner and the platform.
What happens to my data?
Each business has its own separate database. We process your data only to run your business on the platform, never sell it, and delete it on request.
