Yes where local rules require it. Greek myDATA (AADE) is fully integrated today — every POS sale syncs automatically, with B2C and B2B receipt support, ATCUD, and corrections. Other countries' e-invoicing modules (Italy SDI, Spain TicketBAI, Hungary NAV, etc.) are on the roadmap and can be prioritized for early customers.
No. The POS runs on any tablet (Android or iPad), the kitchen display runs in any browser, and the printers are your standard ESC/POS receipt and kitchen printers via our cloud-print relay. You can keep what you already own.
It's metered per answered minute. Voice calls cost roughly €0.05–€0.10 per minute (model + telephony + small markup), depending on the language and country. A typical restaurant call is 60–120 seconds. You can cap monthly spend so it never surprises you.
Yes — that's the point of the dispatch module. You get a driver mobile app, live GPS tracking, customer notifications, tip handling, and a per-shift cash report. No marketplace cut, no commission on orders that come from your own customers.
We can usually import a CSV of your products, modifiers, and customer database from any POS. Bring your own hardware. Most restaurants are running in parallel within a week and switched over within a month.

Servers are EU-based by default; regional hosting is available on request. Your tenant data is isolated per restaurant (one database schema per business). We don't sell or share data with third parties.
