How do players pay?
By card when they book, once you connect Viva or Stripe, or at the club. A member's plan can cover their own share.
Can the AI phone book a court?
Yes. It checks the free courts and classes, books one and, when you take cards online, texts a card payment link to the caller's mobile. It can't cancel or move a booking. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Can players choose the court?
Yes. Every court or pitch has its own card with its own free hours.
Can a big pitch be split into smaller ones?
Not automatically yet: each pitch is booked on its own. A fixed group in the timetable can hold any pitch at set hours.
Can players cancel themselves?
Yes. You set how many hours before the booking they can still cancel themselves, and what happens after that.
Can I charge each player separately?
Yes. A court can be priced per person per hour, and members' plans can cover their own share.
Does it issue fiscal receipts?
In Greece, yes: every receipt is sent to myDATA through your certified provider (Πάροχος), and copies go out by email or as a reprint marked ΑΝΤΙΓΡΑΦΟ. Other countries are not supported yet.
What happens to my data?
Each business has its own separate database. We process your data only to run your business on the platform, never sell it, and delete it on request.
