How do members pay?
Plans are bought online or at the desk. Renewing is a new purchase; there's no automatic card billing.
What if a plan has expired?
You can allow an optional grace booking for members whose plan has run out.
Is face check-in private?
It's opt-in. The photo and the face template stay in your own database.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet with a camera; a door relay is optional.
Can the AI book by phone?
Yes, for one-to-one services such as personal training. Classes and courts are booked online.
What happens to my data?
Each business has its own separate database. We process your data only to run your business on the platform, never sell it, and delete it on request.
