How do clients pay?
At the salon. The booking page takes no payment.
What about no-shows?
There are no online deposits for salon bookings yet, no card on file and no automatic no-show charge.
Do you charge per stylist?
No, nothing is charged per stylist.
Can I sell packages?
Yes, plans with a set number of visits. Gift cards aren't available yet.
Can the AI book by phone?
Yes, for appointment services: it offers free times and books the slot, in the caller's language. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet, per minute plus AI usage.
Does it issue fiscal receipts?
In Greece, yes: every receipt is sent to myDATA through your certified provider (Πάροχος), and copies go out by email or as a reprint marked ΑΝΤΙΓΡΑΦΟ. Other countries are not supported yet.
