Is it a channel manager?
No. It syncs calendars with Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo by iCal, about every 5 minutes: availability only, not rates.
How do guests pay?
A deposit or the full price online when they book.
Does it work with smart locks?
Every stay gets a PIN and a QR code by email. Locks that accept a webhook can be connected; no lock brand is integrated directly.
Can the AI answer my phone?
Yes. It answers callers in their language from your business details and takes a message for you to call back. It does not take bookings by phone for this type of business yet. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Bookings and orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only bookings a partner sends you through the marketplace pay the commission you set (10% by default), shared between the partner and the platform.
What happens to my data?
Each business has its own separate database. We process your data only to run your business on the platform, never sell it, and delete it on request.
