How do customers pay?
A deposit online and the balance at the desk. One receipt covers the whole rental at return.
How do cancellation refunds work?
Your policy is saved with each booking; staff send the refund with one action.
Is the security deposit held online?
No. It's recorded on the rental agreement at pickup.
Can the AI answer my phone?
Yes. It answers callers in their language from your business details and takes a message for you to call back. It does not take bookings by phone for this type of business yet. Calls are paid from your prepaid wallet.
Do you take a commission on my bookings?
No. Bookings and orders from your own customers carry no commission. Only bookings a partner sends you through the marketplace pay the commission you set (10% by default), shared between the partner and the platform.
What happens to my data?
Each business has its own separate database. We process your data only to run your business on the platform, never sell it, and delete it on request.
